Level I: Intro to Mountain biking
Learn the basics of bicycle maintenance, safety and mountain bike technique. This class is geared toward the beginner mountain biker or first time rider. Students develop the basics to maneuver obstacles, read maps and develop their technical skills.
Level II: Technical Skills Clinic
Increase your agility and fitness on the bicycle. This class is geared toward the casual mountain bike rider who wants to take their skills to the next level. Students will learn to maintain their bicycle, read maps, maneuver obstacles, climb more efficiently and descend safely.

Clinic Schedule - Summer 2008
Kids (8-16 years):
This camp is geared toward the beginner to intermediate mountain biker. Campers develop the basics to explore the trails, improve balance and control, navigate technical obstacles, plan rides and read maps. Lunch, snacks, drinks and transportation to/from trails included.
